"When I moved to Houston, David Cohen personally came to talk to me about car insurance at work because of my work schedule. After 27 years with David as our agent, I can't see myself with anyone else. With no hesitation, I changed our home insurance to State Farm after a few years. I can’t say enough great things about his staff. Teresa is so sweet and patient with me. I ask a million and one questions about our insurance. She makes sure I understand before getting off the phone. She never tries to rush me off. And Connie has been with David since I signed with him. Before caller id was a thing, she knew my voice when I called. They always have made me feel important and not just a number. Definitely a 5 Star customer experience .
